Therapeutic Orientation
Therapeutic approaches are based on family systems theory. These include: attachment theory, brief, narrative, emotion and solution focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy and lifespan integration.

Regular therapy services are 60 or 90 minutes. Sliding scale fees are available based on household gross income when cost may prevent you from seeking help. Discounted fees are available for Groups and Marriage Renewal Sessions. Telephone Counseling may also be available.
